Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and skilled building maintenance work in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, lighting and related systems.
• Inspect and repair doors, locks, windows, floors, ceilings and plumbing fixtures; maintain lighting and electrical systems.
