Job summary

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services of the Diocese of Sacramento is seeking a Cemetery Grounds Crew member for a full-time position. The role involves maintaining cemetery grounds, conducting burial functions, and operating heavy and hand-held equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months' experience operating standard cemetery equipment.
• Certification/license with acceptable driving record to operate equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening & closing for burials, entombments, and inurnments.
• Set, install, and assemble foundations, memorials, and markers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
