Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician position involving upkeep of small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement repairs to mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Role includes assisting with installations, reviewing work orders, and supporting energy management. Strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and following procedures in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office apps.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installations and modifications of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by keeping systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
