You will maintain safe work practices, assist with on-call emergencies, and help with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and landscaping. Dependability and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours on-call maintenance as needed.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pest control.
