Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Laborer to support maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks. The role requires lifting, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

You will assist skilled trades technicians, operate forklifts and scissor lifts, and may travel to other office locations. A high school diploma or GED and physical ability to perform up to 75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of facility maintenance, general labor, or related field.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Physical capability to perform tasks and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Basic reading and intermediate math skills.
• Use of personal cell phone for business purposes throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Repair facilities and equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
• Assist skilled trades technicians with general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently.
• Travel occasionally to other office locations as needed.
• Read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and schedules.
