Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of experience in facility maintenance, general labor, or a related field.
• Ability to follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Physical capability to regularly perform tasks at heights and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain DOT physical certification.
• Basic reading and intermediate math skills.
• Use of personal cell phone required for business purposes throughout the day.
• Ability to maintain attention levels in demanding and potentially hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repair facilities and equipment independently or as part of a team.
• Assist skilled trades technicians with general maintenance tasks (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Operate forklifts/scissor lifts safely and at heights.
• Read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and maintenance schedules.
• Track work orders using basic computer skills.
