Job summary

HW3 is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join onsite in North Carolina for a 6‑month contract. You will perform general facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine mechanical troubleshooting across the plant.

Responsibilities include repairing walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, roofs, shelving, and related building systems, reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, coordinating with vendors, managing work orders, and helping maintain a compliant cGMP

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance.
• Experience with general facility repairs including painting, drywall, ceilings, walls, floors, windows, doors and hardware.
• Ability to read floor plans and blueprints and follow equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility repairs and preventive maintenance across the plant.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and use hand and power tools.

Job description

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join onsite in North Carolina, US.

It’s a 6 month contract.

Core requirements:

• Facilities Maintenance experience
• General Maintenance experience
• Perform general facility repairs: paint, drywall, walls, floors, surfaces, windows, caulking, weatherproofing, shelving, roofs, locks and keys, doors, and hardware

The role focuses on general facility repairs, routine mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across the plant. Responsibilities include working on walls, floors, ceilings, doors, locks, windows, roofing, shelving and other building systems, as well as using hand and power tools, reading floor plans and blueprints, and troubleshooting issues using equipment manuals and drawings.

You’ll also support the Facilities team with equipment and plant availability, coordinate and escort vendors and contractors, manage work orders, assist with equipment relocations, and help maintain a clean, compliant cGMP environment.
