Facilities Maintenance Technician - $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Join Uline as a Facilities Maintenance Technician and receive a $5,000 Hiring Bonus.

Position Details

This role offers a pay range of $26.00/hr - $43.00/hr, with significant growth and earning potential. The position is based at our Ohio Branch located at 8320 Global Way SW, Etna, OH 43062. New hires are eligible for a year-end bonus of $5,000. We are expanding our operations in Ohio and seek passionate individuals to maintain our world-class facilities, including warehouses, lawns, and walking trails.

Work Schedule

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting, and alteration projects.
• Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC, and generator systems.
• Adjust, maintain, and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects promptly.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
