Facilities Maintenance Technician - $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Position Details:

• Pay ranges from $26 to $43 per hour with significant growth and earning potential.
• New hires receive a $5,000 year-end bonus.
• This position is on-site at our new Ohio location.

Uline maintains world-class facilities, from warehouses to lawns and trails. Help us keep our facilities beautiful and functional.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor projects such as painting and alterations.
• Maintain electrical, HVAC, and generator systems.
• Adjust, maintain, and repair doors and locks.
• Inspect fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects efficiently.
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
