Jefferson Industries Corp. (JIC) specializes in design and development for press dies, auto body components, and other tools essential for vehicle component mass production. Our facilities support high-quality manufacturing with a flexible approach to meet client needs. JIC is a Tier-1 supplier to Honda.

We are seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians to join our Facilities Department on 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm - 06:30 am).

Responsibilities
  • Support production by maintaining Facility, HVAC, Electrical, Water, Grounds, and overall building systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, and work area organization.
  • Track spare parts, respond to emergencies, complete work orders, and maintain documentation.
  • Conduct predictive maintenance tasks and acquire necessary training.
Safety & Quality
  • Follow all safety policies, including PPE use, lockout/tagout, and proper tool/machine operation.
  • Maintain 5S organization of work areas daily.
Cost & Delivery
  • Support meeting overtime and budget goals.
  • Support equipment like HVAC, boilers, chillers, lighting, electrical systems, and more.
  • Perform inspections, repairs, and improvements to ensure zero impact on production.
Management & Documentation
  • Coordinate activities, verify spare parts, and support training.
  • Maintain documentation for ISO14001, OSHA, and other regulations.
  • Communicate with contractors and support other duties as assigned.
