GTI Energy is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations and grounds maintenance at our manufacturing campus. The role includes seasonal outdoor upkeep, facility cleanliness, equipment support, and assisting the Facilities Manager with preventative maintenance and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities include lawn care, snow/ice removal, trash handling, and operating cleaning equipment. OSHA safety rules apply; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ Driver’s License and ability to operate outdoor power tools.
• OSHA safety rules and workplace safety knowledge.
• Preferred: plumbing and/or electrical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance and lawn care.
• Snow/ice removal and salting during winter months.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tracking for facility equipment.
• Operate ride‑on floor sweepers and cleaning equipment.
• Support supervision of subcontractors and outside vendors.
