Job summary

The Connection is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management team in New Haven, CT. This full-time role focuses on maintaining on-site properties and performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC repairs while acting as the agency’s on-site representative.

The candidate will have a High School diploma and at least 2 years of trade experience, with potential travel to other locations. This is a 1st shift, 40-hour position with on-call overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years experience in trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned properties and perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC repairs.
• Travel to other locations as required.
• Represent The Connection on-site and support property operations.
• Work full-time, 40 hours, 1st shift, with on-call overtime as needed.
