Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Stafford, CT is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician on 1st shift to maintain the facility, grounds, and equipment. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor construction tasks while following safety protocols.

You will document PMs, work orders, and communicate status to the Maintenance Manager and teammates. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read diagrams, and willingness to travel for projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Proven carpentry and framing experience typical of commercial/industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and as-built drawings is a plus.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and safe tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of the facility, production equipment, and grounds.
• Complete routine carpentry work such as doors, shelving, and minor finishes.
• Repair leaks, unclog drains, replace light bulbs, and handle electrical repairs.
• Maintain PM documentation and communicate progress with Leads and shift.
• Support HVAC maintenance and seasonal building weatherization tasks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and travel for on-site projects as needed.
