Job summary

Quality Support Services is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician for our Distribution Center. The role covers day-to-day maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of warehouse and office facilities, grounds, and equipment. Requires experience in light electrical and/or light HVAC, and the ability to manage painting and drywall tasks.

Salary starts at $21-25/hr, with a great benefits package and immediate start after interview. Must pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenance.
Experience in light electrical and/or light HVAC; indicate area of strength.
Hands-on experience with painting, drywall repair, and grounds maintenance.
Able to operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment.
Comfortable in both warehouse and office environments.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

General Maintenance: inspect and address maintenance needs; complete work orders timely.
Light Electrical: replace fixtures and troubleshoot basic issues, escalate when needed.
Light HVAC: perform routine maintenance and monitor systems.
Equipment Maintenance: repair warehouse equipment and coordinate with vendors.
Groundskeeping: maintain exterior areas and inspect lighting and drainage.
Painting & Drywall: patch, repair, and finish surfaces in spaces.
