Responsibilities

• Provides grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, weeding, snow removal at Lafayette Manor.
• Make repairs on commercial lawn equipment.
• Completes minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaks.
• Cleans Lafayette Manor vehicles and lawn equipment.
• Assists with projects: ceiling tile replacement, servicing HVAC, boilers, laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Assists with moving equipment as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned by department leadership.
• Maintains stress tolerance under pressure and during busy periods.
