Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for grounds, facility, and equipment.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Inspect and replace burned out light bulbs and maintain lighting.
