Oldfield Club in Okatie, SC is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a hospitality-focused property under Troon. You will maintain records, perform repairs, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on skills with a willingness to learn, strong time management, and the ability to handle seasonal peaks. Electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus, with benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, PTO, and leaves of absence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and logs of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Digs, sweeps, shovels, and pressure washes as needed.
• Perform general facility cleaning and painting.
• Assist in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment — involves dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations.
• Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects.
• Installs and makes repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials.
• Installs and makes repairs to various hardware, including, but not limited to, door closures and cylindrical locks.

Key Responsibilities
