Job summary

Ciel Senior Living in New Jersey seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler and HVAC equipment across the campus. Under limited supervision, you will support preventative maintenance and safety compliance, and document daily work to ensure resident comfort.

You will rotate on weekend/night on-call as part of a team that maintains critical systems and supports other maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of general building maintenance experience (wiring, plumbing, HVAC).
• Valid NJ driver's license and clean driving record.
• Electrical, mechanical, or plumbing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs plumbing and electrical equipment.
• Maintains HVAC systems and boilers, and documents work.
• Supports preventative maintenance program and safety procedures.
• Responds to on-call rotations and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Completes required documentation daily.
