What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• General Trades & Repairs: Execute routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs across our multi-building campus property.
• Preventative Upkeep: Conduct weekly facility inspection walks and execute preventative maintenance routines on core building infrastructure to limit downtime.
• Campus Presentation: Maintain structural spaces, repair property fixtures, and organize storage rooms cleanly and professionally.
• Logistics & Event Support: Coordinate the setups, teardowns, and rapid turnovers of furniture and equipment for our active weekly parish events.
• Safety Tracking: Ensure absolute compliance with building codes and document ongoing maintenance actions, parts logs, and safety checks.

What We’re Looking For (Position Requirements):

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-time, hands-on facility maintenance or multi-family property repair experience.
• Core Competency: Proven mechanical ability to troubleshoot light plumbing, electrical wiring, and basic carpentry safely.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, bend, stoop, and manage a highly mobile daily workload across our property footprint.
• Schedule Alignment: True flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays based on high-traffic parish events.
• Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, reliable personal vehicle transportation, and a commitment to a 100% smoke-free/vape-free campus environment.
• Note: Practicing Catholic is preferred but not required.
• Highly qualified technicians from all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
