Responsibilities

• Provide grounds keeping and building maintenance throughout the college.
• Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster and fixing furniture.
• Carry out maintenance procedures on equipment used in grounds keeping.
• Maintain heating and cooling units such as replacing filters and cleaning coils.
• Perform minor plumbing and minor carpentry work.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
