CBRE is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations for a medical client on a Monday–Friday onsite day shift, with on-call rotation for essential coverage. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair building systems, and help ensure a safe, reliable environment.
Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, assisting with equipment installations, and reviewing work orders to track completion.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $26.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position is $29.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
