Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a medical client on-site Monday–Friday. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair multiple building systems to help ensure a safe, reliable environment.

This role requires 1–2 years of related experience or a diploma, strong communication and MS Office skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You may participate in an on-call rotation to cover essential needs.

• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

<h3>About the Role</h3> <p>As a CBRE Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations for a medical client, ensuring a safe, reliable, and well maintained environment. This onsite Monday–Friday day shift position includes participation in an on call rotation to provide essential coverage.</p> <p>In this role, you will perform a variety of building maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across multiple facility systems.
