Job summary

Oldfield Club, located in Okatie, SC, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

You will perform repairs, inspections, and installations; the role requires urgency, attention to detail, and basic electrical/plumbing knowledge. Healthcare, retirement benefits, and PTO are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must manage urgent seasonal peaks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Digs, sweeps, shovels, and pressure washes as needed.
• Performs general facility cleaning and painting.
• Performs general maintenance.
• Assist in installing and relocating equipment - involves dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations.
• Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects.
• Installs and makes repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials.
• Installs and makes repairs to various hardware, including door closures and cylindrical locks.

Key Responsibilities

• Records and logs maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Digs, sweeps, shovels, and pressure washes as needed
• Performs general facility cleaning and painting
• Performs general maintenance
• Assists in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment - involves dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations
• Responds to daily facilities work orders and works on special projects
