Germain of Florida is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Naples, FL to maintain our dealership buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role ensures facilities remain clean, safe, and customer-ready in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will perform routine repairs, oversee custodial and landscaping teams, manage HVAC coordination, and support special projects while prioritizing safety and reliability for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities maintenance, handyman, building maintenance, or similar experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Experience operating hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities
