Job Requirements:

Job Summary: This role reports directly to the Director of Facilities Operations Officer and assists with the daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WSB locations.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including minor troubleshooting and reboots.
• Ability to learn or operate building automation controls.
• Basic electrical skills: light fixture repair, ballast and bulb replacement.
• Plumbing repairs: toilet, faucet, and drain cleaning.
• Understanding of security systems and shared on-call responsibilities.
• Flexible work hours and troubleshooting abilities.
• Other duties as assigned; backup for Mail Room Courier duties.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial office maintenance (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in basic computer skills, Outlook, and willingness to learn other programs.

Working Conditions:

Must be flexible with work schedule, able to travel between locations using a company vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements: Must occasionally lift over 30 pounds, with physical demands including sitting, handling, talking, hearing, reaching, walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and vision abilities.
