Job summary

Woodmont Properties is seeking a Custodian to maintain the cleanliness of community models, vacant units, and public areas, including the pool, gym, and offices. The role includes move-out cleans and exterior upkeep as well as assisting with make-readies for new residents.

Responsibilities cover club house areas, hallways, windows, and trash removal, with on-call rotation required. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varying weather conditions while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Willingness to learn and perform cleaning tasks across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, models, vacant units, and exterior spaces.
• Assist in move-out cleans and apartment turns.
• Clean and maintain clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, corridors, and offices.
• Support maintenance with basic tasks and make-readies.
• Be available for on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
