Job summary

Woodmont Properties is seeking a dedicated custodian to clean and maintain community models, vacant units, and public spaces. You will support the maintenance team, assist with move-outs, and ensure the property remains safe and welcoming for residents.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and physical ability to perform cleaning, minor repairs, and exterior upkeep in all weather conditions. On-site work at multiple Woodmont communities in New Jersey is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Responds to service requests from residents and team members.
• Maintains quality by checking own work and ensuring thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, offices, and facilities per schedule.
• Assist in trashing out apartments and making units ready for new residents.
• Maintain exterior appearance and landscaping tasks as required.
• Replenish supplies and report safety hazards to management.
• Support maintenance team with basic tasks and on-call duties.
