Bear Real Estate Group is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness across residential properties, including vacant units, models, and common areas. Responsibilities include cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and preparing spaces for new residents under direction from the maintenance team.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and consistent scheduling for daily and weekly tasks across the clubhouse, fitness center, leasing office, and exterior areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vacant units weekly to keep them fresh
• Clean models: sweep, mop, dust, windows, countertops, appliances
• Prepare unit turns for new tenants as directed by Lead Maintenance Technician
• Keep clubhouse area clean: sweep, mop, dust, windows, doors, cobwebs
• Tidy community room: sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean kitchen and appliances
• Daily cleaning of fitness center and equipment
• Vacuum, dust, windows, blinds in leasing office and conference areas
• Daily bathroom cleaning and restocking supplies
• Clean exterior property on a weekly cadence
