Job summary

JLL, a leading real estate services company, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic for our client site in McLean, Virginia. You will maintain a safe, efficient environment and support daily facility operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of building repair experience, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while working with the operations team to meet maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and use ladders up to 28 feet.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Strong attention to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, locksmith duties.
• Assist with facility systems, equipment, and office infrastructure.
• Repair office furniture and move equipment as needed.
• Respond to tenant service requests with professionalism.
• Document conditions and complete safety inspections.
