Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director with repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
• Use tools to install or repair wiring, plumbing, or other components.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts.
• Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, and woodwork.
• Provide groundskeeping services and general building cleaning.
• Apply cleaning solvents and repair structures as needed.
• Install locks and related hardware.
• Assist in other community areas as needed.
