Job summary

YES Prep Public Schools is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance across multiple trades within the Houston area. Responsibilities include carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks as needed to keep facilities in top condition. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.

Shifts are 8 hours, Monday through Friday, with location near I-59 and E. Mount Houston Rd., 77050.

Qualifications

• Routine building maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Experience or ability to perform carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with Facilities Supervisor as needed.
• Ensure work areas are safe and compliant with standards.

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor. 8 hr shift Monday through Friday..
