Job summary

Nissin Foods USA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. The role reports to the Facilities Manager and covers a wide range of general repairs and services to keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, painting, door and furniture maintenance, plus moving items, delivering supplies, minor installations, and supporting special projects. Strong reading, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with or without technical/college coursework.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and facility management software.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and work in a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Electrical: ballasts, bulbs, lighting, outlets, breakers.
• Plumbing: faucets, seals, drains, basic repairs.
• Painting: interior/exterior, plaster, drywall repair.
• Doors: metal/wood hardware and fitment.
• Furniture: repair, adjust, assemble.
• Move items, deliver supplies, small installs, special projects.

Job description

The Facilit ies Maintenance Technician will serve as a key team member who will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for wide variety of general repairs and services.

Responsibilities

• Electrical (Ballasts, bulbs, parking lot lights, troubleshooting outlets, and identifying and resetting tripped breaker .)
• Plumbing (General plumbing including repairing leaking faucets, replacing washer’s faucets and seals on malfunctioning plumbing equipment snaking /cleaning clogged drains)
• Painting (Brush and roller applications, plaster, drywall repair, Interior and exterior jobs)
• Doors (Metal/wood, closers, hinges, sweeps ext.)
• Furniture (Repair, drawers, adjustment, assembly)

Additional Duties Include

• Moving items as needed (i.e., furniture, file cabinets, boxes, etc., )
• Delivery of office and building supplies to the correct departments and locations
• Small appliance and equipment installation
• Assist Facilities Manager and others on special projects as directed by Manager.
• Responsible for the timely completion of all assigned facility work order requests.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma. Some technical / college education or minimum 5 years of work experience in facility maintenance field
• Computer skills including Microsoft Suites and facility management software.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Teamwork mindset

Pay Range

USD $24.00 - USD $29.00 /Yr.
