Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician/Engineer to support day-to-day building maintenance and equipment functionality. This person will play a key role in ensuring the facility, production systems, and support equipment are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (including AC/DC circuits and 480V high voltage)
Support HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and refrigeration systems as needed
Accurately complete work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Inspect buildings, safety systems, and equipment regularly to identify and resolve any issues
Order parts and supplies; coordinate with vendors and contractors
Assist in planning and executing facility improvement and repair projects
Operate within a control room environment using computerized tools to monitor alerts and dispatch resources
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and piping schematics
Support production through light machine troubleshooting when necessary
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of maintenance experience in electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems or associate’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2+ years’ experience
Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and systems (including 480V)
Ability to lift 45 lbs or more, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Comfortable standing or sitting at a workstation for extended periods
Experience interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Qualifications:
Trade certification or state license in Electrical or HVAC
Experience with refrigeration or chilled water systems
Knowledge of CMMS systems, facility regulations, and OSHA safety protocols
Familiarity with machine maintenance in a manufacturing setting
