Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, discharge and calibrate equipment, and ensure proper function within the warehouse.

Responsibilities include disassembly/reassembly, installation, overhaul, lubrication, and record-keeping of parts and repairs. A high school diploma and basic related experience are required; electrical certification is preferred. Union benefits and comprehensive healthcare are provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems including disassembly, reassembly and calibration.
• Lay out, install, overhaul and maintain machines with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Clean and lubricate equipment, adjust parts and inspect for defects in the warehouse.
• Cut and weld metal to repair/bend components, fabricate parts, manage boiler blow downs and read critical readings.
• Record repairs, maintenance, parts used, and requisition new parts as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to include disassembly, reassembly, and calibration
• Administer a wide variety of methods, procedures, and techniques to lay out, install, overhaul and maintain various types of machines encompassing mechanical and electrical systems
• Clean and lubricate equipment and machinery and adjust and examine parts for defects in the warehouse
• Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, handle boiler blow downs, and record readings of critical operating parameters as the technician
• Records repairs, maintenance, parts, materials used, and orders or requisitions new parts and materials
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
