Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support dialysis clinics onsite. The position is a contract role for 5 months with potential extension or conversion to full-time, offering $30-$32 per hour on a W2 basis.

Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, painting/patching, and general maintenance across buildings. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of hands-on experience, a HS diploma or GED (trade school preferred), and a Universal EPA 608 license.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting/patching, and general maintenance experience required.
• HS diploma or GED required; trade school preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on multiple buildings and industrial systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Plan and execute tasks from work orders with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

• Candidate will create their own route and schedule based on work orders that come in
• Truck and tools will be provided

Team Overview:

• Candidate will be working independently
• Truck and tools will be provided
• Candidate will be servicing dialysis clinics
• 15-20 in their area, up to 2 hour radius

Resources typical working day:

• Candidate will plan their day based on work orders
• Complete emergency work orders first
• HVAC and water heater PM's
• Check in with clinic managers if more work is needed

• Assessing for safety hazards

Licenses/Certifications:

• Universal EPA 608 license
• Applicable HVAC certifications
• Driver's License - required
