Job summary

Our client, a leading healthcare facilities organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. The Maintenance HVAC Technician will support multiple healthcare clinics and medical facilities, with a focus on safety and professional service.

Location: Culpeper, VA. Pay range: $31-33/hr. 5-7 years of related experience and EPA 608 certification required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HVAC, facilities maintenance, building engineering, or related experience.
• EPA 608 certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Additional HVAC certifications highly preferred.
• Strong experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED; Trade School education preferred.
• Basic computer skills with laptops, mobile devices and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, water heaters, and facility equipment across multiple healthcare locations.
• Complete emergency work orders as the top priority while managing scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, patching, and general building maintenance.
• Conduct facility safety inspections, identify hazards, and propose corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
• Partner with clinic managers and staff to address maintenance needs and provide exceptional customer service.
