Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain and enhance community value and living experience. You will resolve resident maintenance issues expertly and efficiently, servicing facilities and grounds in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and availability for weekends and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds.
• Operates, maintains and repairs facility equipment in health, safety, and OSHA compliance.
• Responds to work orders, including after-hours on-call maintenance and on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure maintenance standards.
• Complies with air conditioning/refrigeration record keeping and disposal of refrigerants.
• Maintains water chemistry and sanitation for pools/spas per procedures.
• Keeps storage areas/tools secure.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
