• Must possess a 10th grade education.

• Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Follow maintenance schedules and report accidents or incidents promptly.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services in resident living areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Keep residents informed when moving personal possessions and protect their information.
