Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a maintenance technician to perform property upkeep, landscaping, and light carpentry at its service center. The role includes welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, and overhead door repair as part of a broader maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret work orders and manuals.
• Ability to work within time constraints and safety practices.
• Night/weekend shifts may be required; must be flexible and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance and landscaping.
• Perform light carpentry and general repairs.
• Weld, cut, plumb, paint, and repair overhead doors as needed.
• Inspect and maintain the Service Center building and its equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections and document findings.
• Lift up to approximately 70 lbs. and work in a high volume environment.
