Job summary

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support hospital operations. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and fixture maintenance, joining a dedicated Plant Operations team focused on safety and reliability.

The role emphasizes professional execution, collaboration with facilities staff, and maintaining exterior and interior fixtures to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Driver license required.
• High School Graduate / GED.
• 1 year experience with thorough knowledge of plant tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner reflecting the integrity of the Plant Operations and Maintenance Department.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing building wood fixtures and finishes.
• Perform urgent corrective, routine, and requisitioned repairs of walls, ceilings, doors and case work and other building fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and tools as required.
• Assist in maintaining grounds and outside fixtures.

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable maintenance technician to provide technical support to all areas of the hospital.
