Job summary

LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, part of LewisGale Regional Health System, is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to assist hospital staff pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing for inpatient and outpatient care.

You will set up, package and label doses, fill routine orders, maintain inventory and operate automated dispensing machines, and perform parenteral admixture calculations including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition.

Qualifications

• PharmTech Pharmacy Technician License required.
• High School Graduate / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Refill and maintain inventory and routine maintenance of automated dispensing machines.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Our Certified Pharmacy Technicians assist hospital staff pharmacists in the preparation and dispensation of medications. You receive and fulfil medication orders from hospital staff for patients undergoing inpatient and outpatient care.
