Qualifications

3–5 years building maintenance experience, preferably healthcare.
Basic reading/understanding of blueprints and specs.
Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs at Holy Family Villa and diocesan offices.
Coordinate HVAC and backup generator maintenance; supervise vendors as needed.
Maintain grounds, exterior/interior spaces, and office equipment.
Schedule inspections, keep records, and ensure safety compliance.
Assist with security, key control, and staff training on safety procedures.
Move heavy objects with equipment and perform janitorial-related tasks.
Support with fleet maintenance for diocesan vehicles.
