The candidate should have 3–5 years of healthcare maintenance experience, basic trades skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC), read blueprints, and hold a valid driver's license. 40 hours/week, on-site work, EOE.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and painting skills.
• Ability to read building blueprints and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at Holy Family Villa and diocesan offices.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and engage vendors as needed.
• Maintain exterior grounds and perform minor interior tasks.
• Monitor safety compliance, respond to emergencies, and file reports.
