The Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician at Friends School of Baltimore is a full -time, hands-on role responsible for leading and executing planned and preventive maintenance activities across the School’s campus.
Working within the Facilities & Operations Department, this position supports the reliability, safety, and long-term performance of campus buildings and infrastructure through disciplined use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), proactive asset care, and continuous improvement of maintenance practices.
This role also serves as a senior technical resource within the Facilities team, providing guidance and mentorship to the facilities team while supporting the School’s commitment to maintaining a safe, well -managed, and mission-aligned campus environment.
