Job summary

Kahlig Auto Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness of the service shop and surroundings. The role includes preventive rounds, basic repairs, and coordination with staff to keep facility operations smooth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years on the job experience.
• Minimum one year construction or professional trade experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop and its surroundings.
• Perform preventive maintenance rounds of the facility.
• Make minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs of the facility and equipment.
• Handle all other assigned tasks as applicable.
