Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Chambersburg is seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position keeps the dealership safe, organized, and running smoothly; automotive repair experience is not required.

Responsibilities include HVAC work, building and grounds upkeep, parking-lot maintenance, minor plumbing, and preventative tasks. Candidates need at least 1 year in maintenance, strong handyman/mechanical skills, and the ability to lift ~50 lbs and work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• Strong general handyman and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize needs.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pass background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light HVAC repairs and routine filter maintenance.
• Maintain dealership buildings and grounds.
• Perform parking lot maintenance, including pavement and space marking.
• Complete minor plumbing and drain repairs.
• Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Identify facility issues and assist with repairs before they escalate.
• Keep workshop, maintenance, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and winter duties.

Hiring Immediately: Facility Maintenance Technician

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who takes pride in keeping a facility safe, organized, and operating at its best. This position is responsible for a variety of general building, property, and equipment maintenance needs. Automotive experience is not required.

• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and perform the physical duties associated with facility maintenance
