Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and building schematics.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-in refrigeration units, and ice machines; ensure food safety temperature compliance.
• Perform maintenance on rooftop HVAC units, split systems, exhaust fans, and makeup air units; include filter replacement and coil cleaning.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for refrigeration and HVAC systems across locations.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on commercial cooking equipment including fryers, grills, ovens; calibrate temperatures.
• Address plumbing issues, coordinate with licensed plumbers for major repairs; maintain PM logs and service records.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed, including after hours and weekends.
