• California Fire and Life Safety Card required within 30 days of hire.

• Perform repairs on electrical equipment and HVAC controls.
• Maintain Providence buildings in the San Fernando Valley Service Area.
• Repair plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering and other assigned duties.
