Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Technician for our Nashville, TN site. You will perform repairs and ongoing maintenance of facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and conduct inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields preferred.
• 3–5+ years of facilities maintenance or building trades experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals; strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to maintain a safe, functional workplace.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with facility improvement projects, renovations, and workspace modifications.
