Responsibilities

• Maintain physical structures, grounds and equipment in like-new condition using proper tools and trade practices.
• Report issues to supervisor/foreman and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety policies and participate in preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist other trades and respond to radio requests as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide guest-focused service.
